Photos To Go & NetObjects Join Forces
To Provide Unparalleled Online Visual Content

NEW YORK -- July 16, 1998 -- Photos To Go, the Web's largest stock photography library, today announced a licensing agreement with NetObjects, developer of the award-winning Web authoring product, NetObjects FusionTM, and the leading provider of Web site building software. "This new association enables us to extend our reach by offering NetObjects' customers state of the art stock photography," said Bahar Gidwani, CEO of Index Stock Photography, Inc., parent company of Photos To Go.

According to Photos To Go, the agreement enables the exchange of value-added content for marketing exposure. Photos To Go has provided NetObjects with 16 free images for inclusion in their shipping products-- an added value for their customers. In exchange, Photos To Go receives marketing exposure via a link to the NetObjects Web site, and inclusion of Photos To Go promotional materials in NetObjects shipping products.

"We've seen amazing growth in our Web-based business-- a nearly 30 percent jump in revenues in the last few months alone," Gidwani noted. "This agreement with NetObjects will lead to an even greater expansion of our customer base."

"NetObjects best of breed products include hundreds of high quality images, graphics and multimedia elements to offer customers an easy, cost effective way to enhance their Web sites," said Nancy Lynn Gottesman, Content Manager, NetObjects, Inc. "The relationship with Photo To Go adds yet another outstanding content partner to the growing list of companies supporting NetObjects."

NetObjects joins more than 21 companies that have already agreed to support Photos To Go, most recently-- and One Stop Stock. Gidwani indicated that he is aggressively pursuing new partnerships and expects to sign an additional 20 companies in the next six months. Additionally, Index Stock continues to increase its image content, having recently combined with Stock Imagery, a Denver based stock photo agency and The Picture Cube, a leading New England photography house.

Founded in 1995, NetObjects, Inc., is one of the software industry's fastest-growing companies, uniquely focused on the needs of Web site builders. NetObjects Fusion 3.0, an award-winning authoring product, offers Web site builders an open environment that provides flexibility to easily lay out pages, control and edit HTML code, add DHTML-based interactivity and animation, publish for different browsers, and integrate sites with existing databases and commerce applications to create e-business Web sites.
